Welcome to WRS Athletic Club. We are a privately,, locally owned adult health club. WRS is going into its 29th year of business. We work to create a consistently friendly, clean and safe atmosphere for adults to utilize. Please feel free to come by the club for a tour. We would love to show you around to see if you would like to join.

Yin Yoga - 10:30am-11:30am - Shar’ron Boren. Meets in the Aerobics room. Please join Shar’ron for this hour long restorative Yoga Experience.

Vinyasa Yoga - 12-12:45pm - Amanda - Come join Amanda for a lunch time flow.

Full body workout - 12:00-1:00pm - Come join Ross for a full body workout in the weight room.

Balance Class - 10:30am-11:15am - Come join Jan and Emma . This class is for all ages. It is will work on Simple balance exercises and drills that will help your everyday life.

Primal Athletic Strength - 5:30-6:30pm - Alec Horvath. Meet in the Boxing room/Lobby.

Athletic Strength Training - 12:00-1:00pm Annie Johnigan - Experience a full body workout using body weight movements, weight machines, bands, Kettlebells. Core, balance and stability will be covered.

Yoga Express - 12:00-12:45pm - Come enjoy a 45 minute Flow with Amanda.

Saturday

SPIN AND BOXING - 8:15am - 9:00am - Megan, Mary and Laura Rose. Come join this unique class that mixes Spin and Boxing to give an incredible 1 hour Cardio blast. You do not have to have any experience in Spin or Boxing. We provide the gloves for boxing. Just show up and be ready for a fun time and some calorie burning.

YOGA VINYASA - 10:00am-11:00 noon - Susi will teach every other Saturday and Dollyn and Whitney will alternate the other two Saturdays.

Sunday

 Dance Fitness - 4:30pm-5:15pm - Megan - Come join Megan for a fun, energetic dance class. No dance experience needed.
